用17支工作滾輪去除材料的殘留應(yīng)力。高水平地實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的平坦度，充分滿足精密加工中的精度要求。
17 smaller diameter work rolls remove the coil set from the material and ensure the high level material that precision processing demands.
上部滾輪采先進(jìn)4點(diǎn)式分厘表微調(diào)裝置，適矯直機(jī)精密度要求較高的加工品質(zhì)需求。
The upper work rollers adop 4 point fine micro adjusters with reading 0.01mm advance reference
indicators ,High quauilty and precicion.
滾輪材質(zhì)采軸承鋼（SUJ2），經(jīng)熱處理淬火HRC60°后鍍硬鉻再研磨；硬度高、耐磨、壽命長。
All rolls are made of bearing steel(SUJ2),have all been quenched ,hard-chrome plated and ground with min.HRC60°.
采用日本制精密培林，精密度高，壽命長。加裝齒輪組黃油潤滑裝置。
Japanese bearings—high precision and durable.Add gear lubrication system.Quality guarantee.
可配合任何送料機(jī)使用。
