Main configuration and performance
1. 本機(jī)適用于長內(nèi)孔感應(yīng)淬火（如壁架管內(nèi)壁淬火）。
2. 采用液晶顯示數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，編程自動(dòng)控制。
3. 控制精度及自動(dòng)化程度高。
4. 工件旋轉(zhuǎn)采用變頻無級(jí)調(diào)速。
5. 床身采用鋼板焊接，整體去應(yīng)力處理。
6. 采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直線導(dǎo)軌。
7. 加熱、噴水、時(shí)間控制集中于機(jī)床控制系統(tǒng)。
1. The equipment is used for induction hardening of long interior hole (such as hardening for inside wall of wall frame pipe).
2. Using liquid crystal display numerically controlled system to control programme automatically.
3. High contorl precision and automaticity.
4. Using frequency conversion stepless governing for workpiece rotating.
5. Bed is welded by steel plate. It should be eliminated stress in total.
6. Using standard beeline guide rail.
7. THeating, spray water and time focus on the machine control system.
